RENTAL INFORMATION

The East Beaches Social Scene hall may be rented for events such as Weddings, Anniversaries, Funerals and Craft Sales. Our private meeting room may be rented for organization meetings.
The Social Scene hall holds a maximum of 175 people, and the private meeting room comfortably sits 14.
The hall has state of the art kitchen facilities.
The club is equipped with disability access (ramps, automatic doors, elevator & washroom) and has Wifi access.
Anyone may rent the East Beaches Social Scene hall or meeting room. Social Scene members (who have been a member for one year or more) may rent at the
Social Scene member rate.
All other persons may rent at the non-member rate.
Additional Hall Rental Information
Liquor Permit:
A liquor permit is the responsibility of the Lessee. If alcohol is served, the Lessee is responsible for additional insurance costs unless they provide proof of having their own insurance for the event.
Bartending:
A bartender can be available for $15.00/hour. The fee is to be paid to the bartender.
Sound System:
It must be determined at the time of rental if the Social Scene sound system is to be used.
A club member will contact the Lessee to provide adequate instruction.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of $300.00 will be added to all hall rentals that serve alcohol. The damage deposit will be refunded only after hall inspection is complete. Lessee is responsible for all damage costs incurred.
